  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 3/4 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 pie shell, unbaked

Directions

    Cream together margarine and sugar.

    Add eggs.

    Mix well.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325° for 40 to 50 minutes until golden brown.
