- 1 can chow mein vegetables, drained
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. sugar or sweetener
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients.
