  • 1 pkg. Japanese vegetables (frozen)
  • 1 can chow mein vegetables, drained
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. sugar or sweetener
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil

Directions

    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients.

    Pour over vegetables, tossing gently. Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight.
