  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 whole Vidalia Onion, Diced
  • 1/2 whole Green Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 1/2 cups Jasmine Rice
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth

Directions

    Melt butter in a non-stick skillet. Saute onion and pepper about 2 minutes and add in rice. Saute until rice just starts to turn brown. Add in broth and bring to boil, turn heat to low and cover. Simmer for 15 minutes.
