Ingredients

  • 2 lb. deer or beef
  • 1/2 c. liquid smoke
  • 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Mix all spices together.

    Trim fat off meat.

    Cut into thin strips.

    Place meat and spice mix in Ziploc bag.

    Let marinate overnight in refrigerator.

    Place on broiler pan.

    Bake at 200° in oven until tough and dry.

    Store in refrigerator for long storage.
