  • 1/3 cup espresso, finely ground (not instant)
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt, coarse
  • 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
