Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle Green Goddess salad dressing
  • 3 c. hot cooked rice
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. golden raisins
  • 2 cans tuna (6 1/2 oz. can)
  • 1/4 c. diced green pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley
  • 1/4 c. cashews
  • melon wedges or grapefruit sections
  • lettuce

Directions

    Mix together first 4 ingredients and chill, then add the next 5 ingredients and mix well.

    Chill in a mold overnight.

    Serve with melon wedges or grapefruit sections on a bed of lettuce.
