  • 1 yellow cake mix (plain)
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
  • 3/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 3/4 c. California straight sherry
  • 4 large eggs (Egg Beaters okay)
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Mix the cake and pudding, adding oil and sherry. Mix in eggs, one at a time, adding nutmeg at the last. Grease and flour a Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.

    Remove cake from pan and let cool. Sprinkle powdered sugar over top.
