- 1/2 loaf French bread
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Mix sugars and cinnamon together; add eggs and soft margarine. Beat until creamy.

2Alternately add milk and bread to mixture and stir until bread is smooth.

3Then add chopped apples and raisins. Pour into a buttered 9 x 12-inch baking dish and bake, uncovered, for approximately 1 hour at 350°.
