- 8 boneless/skinless chicken breast halves, cut in bite size pieces and sauteed in butter until done
- 2 boxes Uncle Ben's long grain/wild rice with herb seasoning, cooked as pkg. directs
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cans chicken soup
- 2 cans sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
Directions

1Saute celery, green pepper and onion.

2Mix all ingredients. Pour into large casserole.

3Bake at 350° until bubbly, about 30 to 45 minutes.
