Ingredients

  • 8 boneless/skinless chicken breast halves, cut in bite size pieces and sauteed in butter until done
  • 2 boxes Uncle Ben's long grain/wild rice with herb seasoning, cooked as pkg. directs
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cans chicken soup
  • 2 cans sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire

Directions

    Saute celery, green pepper and onion.

    Mix all ingredients. Pour into large casserole.

    Bake at 350° until bubbly, about 30 to 45 minutes.
