  • 2 lb. deer meat, cut thin
  • 3/4 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 4 Tbsp. hickory smoked barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Gravy Master
  • 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

    Mix all ingredients, except venison (deer meat) together and stir well. Place venison into mixture and let marinate for at least 6 hours. Place in dehydrator about 8 hours.
