- 1 box white cake mix
- 2 (4 oz.) pkg. Jell-O (2 different flavors)
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 c. cold 7-Up
Directions

1Make cake mix in two layers and cool.

2Place plastic wrap on 2 plates and place cooled cakes on top of plastic wrap.

3Put holes in cakes with fork.

4Mix 1 package Jell-O with 1 cup boiling water. Add 1 cup cold 7-Up.

5Pour this mixture over the cake layer, using plastic wrap to get mixture onto side of cake.

6Repeat with second box of Jell-O.

7Chill until firm.

8Frost with Cool Whip at the last minute.

9Makes a cool, light dessert.

10I use cherry and lime Jell-O at Christmas.
