  • 3 different types of Jell-O's (lemon, lime and blackberry)
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 c. cold water
  • 1 c. warm pineapple juice
  • 1 pt. heavy cream
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix graham cracker crumbs with butter and 1/2 cup sugar. Place on bottom and sides of a spring-form pan, reserving a few crumbs for garnish on top of finished cake.
