- 3/4 c. white corn syrup
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 egg whites
- 1 large box Jell-O (any flavor)
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Grease a jelly roll pan with butter.

2Beat egg whites until stiff, adding Jell-O gradually.

3Continue to beat until Jell-O is dissolved.

4Cook sugar, water and syrup to 252°, or until it spins a fine thread.

5Pour the syrup into the egg mixture in a thin, fine stream, beating constantly until candy loses its gloss.

6Pour into a greased pan at once.

7When firm, cut into squares.
