  • 12 cup butter
  • 1 12 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 cups flour

  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1 cup golden raisin, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped

    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

    Sift the dry ingredients together with the spices.

    Add to butter mixture alternately with the applesauce.
