  • FOR THE CRUST:
  • 2 sticks Butter
  • 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla

  • FOR THE CREAM CHEESE FILLING:
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese

  • FOR THE JELLO LAYERS:
  • 4 boxes (3 Oz. Size) Jello, 4 Different Flavors
  • 4 cups Water, Divided
  • 4 cups Good Quality Ice Cream, Divided
  • More Cool Whip, For Topping

Directions

    To make the crust, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add flour and vanilla. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool.

    Mix Cool Whip, cup of powdered sugar and cream cheese. Spread over the crust.

    Dissolve first flavor of jello in 1 cup hot water until thoroughly dissolved. Add 1 cup ice cream. Pour over the filling and let set for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Repear 3 more times wtih various flavors of your choice.

    Top with Cool Whip.
