Jello Pinwheels

Directions

   Spray an 8 or 9 inch pan with cooking spray.

   Mix the jello with and water in a bowl and microwave for about 1 1/2 minute. Stir to dissolve.

   Add marshmallows, microwave for 1 minute or until marshmallows are almost melted.

   Stir slowly until the mixture is smooth.

   The creamy layer will float to the top.

   Pour into the prepared pan.

   Refrigerate 45 minutes or until set. Starting at one end, roll up the gelatin tightly with seam side down.

   Cut into 1/2 inch slices.
