  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 small pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 3/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 4 eggs, beaten (add eggs one at a time)
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon flavoring

Directions

    Mix together hot water, jello and cake mix and let cool. Then add oil, eggs and lemon flavoring.

    Bake in cake pan or loaf pans at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
