  • 1 12 lbs boneless beef chuck steaks, 1 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
  • 14 cup wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar substitute (2 g)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 cup low-carb ketchup (4.5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard or 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

    Cut the beef on a diagonal, across the grain into slices 1 inch wide.

    In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.

    Pour over the meat, and mix.
