  • 1 large pkg. Jell-O (color desired)
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. + 2 Tbsp. ReaLemon
  • 1 tall can pineapple juice
  • 2 qt. hot water
  • 2 qt. cold water
  • 2 bottles ginger ale
  • 1 pineapple sherbet, frozen

Directions

    Mix Jell-O with 1 quart hot water; dissolve and add cold water.

    Mix sugar with 1 quart hot water; dissolve and add cold water.

    Add to juice and water.

    Freeze.

    Thaw to slush or for 2 to 3 days or month in advance.

    Take out to slush; add ginger ale and sherbet.
