Jello Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) strawberry jello
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 c. boiling water

Directions

    Drain a little of juice from pineapple but not all.

    Dissolve jello into boiling water.

    Add pineapple, strawberries and nuts. Pour half into a 9 x 13-inch or so pan.

    Put in refrigerator until firm.

    When firm, spread sour cream on top, then pour remaining jello on top.

    Place in refrigerator until firm.
