Jello Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. each: lime and lemon jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 c. salad dressing
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Dissolve jello in boiling water.

    Add crushed pineapple with juices.

    Chill until slightly thickened.

    Beat with mixer until light and fluffy.

    Mix together evaporated milk, salad dressing, cottage cheese, horseradish and nuts.

    Fold into whipped jello. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart salad mold and refrigerate until firm. Unmold and garnish with endive and red and green grapes.
