Ingredients

  • 1 large box or 2 small boxes blackberry, black raspberry or red raspberry Jell-O
  • 2 c. water (boiling)
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling (sometimes I use cherry filling)

Directions

    Heat water (boiling) and dissolve Jell-O and add 1 cup cold water which includes juice drained from pineapple.

    Chill until almost firm.

    Add pineapple and pie filling (sometimes I use cherry filling).

    Stir to mix well.
  5. 5
    Chill.
