  • 1 can (No. 2 Can, 20 Oz. Can) Sweet Peas
  • 1 can (11 Oz. Can) Shoe Peg Corn
  • 1 can (4 Oz. Can) Pimientos
  • 1 cup Celery Hearts, Diced
  • 1 cup Onion, Chopped
  • 1 whole Medium Sized Green Pepper, Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 3/4 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

    In a large serving bowl, combine together the canned vegetables and fresh vegetables, draining all the cans. Mix salt, oil, sugar, vinegar, and black pepper in a separate bowl for the dressing. Once it is mixed well, coat the vegetables with the dressing; mix and marinate overnight. Drain excess liquid before serving and serve cold.
