Jello Tuna Salad

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Jell-O lemon flavor gelatin
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 2/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 (7 oz. each) cans tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 c. chopped celery

Directions

    Dissolve the jello and salt in the boiling water.

    Add the cold water and chill until slightly thickened.

    Add the mayonnaise, tuna and celery.

    Pour into a 6-cup ring mold or any mold.

    Chill until firm.

    Serve on crisp greens and a little mayonnaise.

    Makes about 10 to 12 servings.
