- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Jell-O lemon flavor gelatin
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. cold water
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 2 (7 oz. each) cans tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 c. chopped celery
Directions

1Dissolve the jello and salt in the boiling water.

2Add the cold water and chill until slightly thickened.

3Add the mayonnaise, tuna and celery.

4Pour into a 6-cup ring mold or any mold.

5Chill until firm.

6Serve on crisp greens and a little mayonnaise.

7Makes about 10 to 12 servings.
