- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 egg, well beaten
- 1/4 c. milk
- jelly
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients.

2Beat egg until smooth, then add milk and oil.

3Make hollow in center of flour mixture and add egg mixture. Fill muffin pans 1/3 full and add a small amount of jelly to each in the center, then fill with batter 2/3 full.

4Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

5Serve piping hot!
