Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) box refrigerated pie crusts (use just one crust)
  • 3 tablespoons apricot jam (or your fav)
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts, minced (don't use more as they are just to enhance)
  • 12 cup sugar

Directions

    Unroll crust.

    Spread the jam almost to the edges.

    Sprinkle walnuts over jam.

    Rollup like a jellyroll.

    Cut into 1/2 inch thick pieces using a serated knife.

    If you have truble cutting, use a little flour on the knife.

    Onto a lightly oiled cookie sheet, place slices leaving about 1/2 inch between each.

    Dunk a glass into the sugar and press slices til almost flat.

    Don't worry about cracks forming.

    Bake 10-12 minutes in a 375 degree oven.

    Turn the tray when done halfway.
