  • 3/4 c. all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. cold water
  • 1 cup jelly

    Line jelly roll pan with waxed paper.

    Preheat oven to 400°. Sift together flour mixture.

    Beat eggs and vanilla in large bowl until eggs are lemon color.

    Gradually add flour mixture and water.

    Beat until well blended.

    Pour in already prepared pan and bake 15-18 minutes.

    Turn out at once on a clean damp towel already floured with powdered sugar.

    Spread jelly and roll quickly.
