- 2 scoth bonnet peppers, chopped
- 2 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 stick scallions, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 lb chicken legs and thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425F.

2Mix the dry rub ingredients together.

3Score chicken on skin side.

4Apply dry rub to chicken.

5In a dutch oven heat olive oil and then add chicken.

6Cook and brown chicken for about 10 minutes.

7Add worcestershire sauce and stir.

8Cover chicken and place in oven.

9Cook for about 20 minutes.

10Serve.
