  • 3 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 lb Chopped Bacon
  • 8 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 Large Onions Chopped
  • 1 Red Pepper Chopped
  • 1 Green Pepper Chopped
  • 3 Large Cans Tomatoes
  • 2 Cans Kidney Beans - rinsed & drained
  • 2 Cans Black Beans - rinsed & drained
  • 1 Large Can Pumpkin
  • 1 Can Beef Broth
  • 1 Cup Dark Rum
  • 1 tsp Tabasco
  • 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Cayenne
  • 1 Serrano Chili
  • 1 Habanero Chili
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 2Tbsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp White Pepper
  • 1/3 Cup Chili Powder
  • 2Tbsp Allspice
  • 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp Thyme
  • 1 Chicken Bouillon Cube
  • 2 Beef Bouillon Cubes

Directions

    Render bacon. Cook Garlic and Onion until soft. Brown Meat. Add all the ingredients except beans. Simmer for 1 1/2 hour. Add beans. Add liquid as necessary. Adjust Seasoning.
