Directions

1Wash pork well.

2Mix seasoning well into pork.

3Sprinkle with soy sauce.

4Leave covered overnight in refrigerator.

5Cover and bake for 1 hour.

6Uncover and bake 30 minutes or longer, basting occasionally.

7For a dark color, add a little browning.
