- 2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 3 drops Tabasco sauce
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2/3 tsp. garlic powder
- 2/3 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Cut meat with grain in 1/2-inch strips.

2Mix other ingredients to make marinade.

3Submerge meat in marinade for 24 hours in refrigerator.

4Place meat strips on oven rack in oven and cook for 8 hours at 150°.
