- 5 lb. meat
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Accent
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tsp. liquid smoke
Directions

1Cut meat in 1/4-inch thick strips, 4 to 5-inches long.

2Mix liquids and seasonings together, then put meat in.

3Stir once in a while. Press meat down again.

4Marinate 2 days.

5Take out and drain. Hang the strips on oven racks, oven 120° to 140°.

6Put potholder between door and oven to open a little.

7Keep in 6 hours.

8Test it; sometimes it takes longer.

9Put cookie sheet underneath to catch drippings.
