Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tsp. soy sauce
  • 2 (16 oz.) jars Pace picante sauce
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (optional)
  • 2 medium semi-hot peppers, chopped (optional)
  • 1 small (8 oz.) bottle liquid smoke
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 jar jalapenos (optional)
  • 4 tsp. teriyaki sauce

Directions

    Slice meat thin ( a meat slicer works well).

    Put all jalapeno juice in and cut up a few jalapenos, depending on how hot you want taste (optional). Marinate for 3 to 4 days in juice mixture.

    Place on trays of a food dehydrator and cook for 8 hours rotating trays every two hours, top to bottom.

    This will do 5 pounds of meat, venison or beef.
