  • boneless rump roast
  • meat tenderizer
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. red wine or cooking wine

Directions

    Use tenderizer according to directions on label.

    Mix salt, mustard, garlic salt and pepper and rub on roast.

    Mix the catsup, Worcestershire and wine; pour over roast.

    Can place roast in baking bag which is floured and pricked as directed, then pour catsup mixture over it.

    Roast at 325° until desired doneness.
