- boneless rump roast
- meat tenderizer
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. red wine or cooking wine
Directions

1Use tenderizer according to directions on label.

2Mix salt, mustard, garlic salt and pepper and rub on roast.

3Mix the catsup, Worcestershire and wine; pour over roast.

4Can place roast in baking bag which is floured and pricked as directed, then pour catsup mixture over it.

5Roast at 325° until desired doneness.
