  • 6 large potatoes, unpeeled
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. chives
  • 2 tsp. parsley
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 stick margarine

    Quarter potatoes and place in baking pan. Add chopped onion and melted margarine. Sprinkle other ingredients over potatoes. Bake at 350° until done, then broil until brown.
