   Rinse strawberries and drain thoroughly.

   You may remove caps or leave them on for color.

   Mix together yogurt, brown sugar and vanilla.

   Spoon yogurt mixture into middle of dessert plate or bowl.

   Arrange strawberries around yogurt.

   Dip strawberries in yogurt mixture before eating.
