- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. pecans
Directions

1Mix in top of double boiler over hot water.

2Melt sugar and eggs in boiler until syrupy.

3Add rest of ingredients.

4Pour into greased pan or spray with Pam.

5Bake in 300° oven for 20 minutes or until done.

6Cool, then cut in squares.
