- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 3/4 (7 oz.) bag coconut
Directions

1Beat together margarine, shortening, vanilla, sugar and eggs. Mix with flour and cocoa.

2Bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes. Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
