  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 3/4 (7 oz.) bag coconut

Directions

    Beat together margarine, shortening, vanilla, sugar and eggs. Mix with flour and cocoa.

    Bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes. Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
