  • 2 c. or 1 lb. pineapple (candied)
  • 2 c. or 1 lb. red cherries (candied)
  • 3 c. nuts
  • 8 oz. coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

    Line pans with brown paper and grease.

    Mix all ingredients; pour into pans.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 325°, then bake for 30 minutes at 300°.
