- 6 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/3 c. orange juice
- 1 c. salad oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix first 3 ingredients together.

2In a large mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients until well blended (may not do well with hand mixer).

3Grease and flour a tube pan.

4Pour batter mixture in and smooth down with spatula.

5Pour in apples (all if you like, but reserve a few for the top).

6Pour in remaining batter and add the last few apples. Bake at 350° for 2 hours. Enjoy!
