  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 small can creamed corn
  • 1 small pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 stick margarine or butter

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together, except the butter.

    Melt butter or margarine in a pan and pour the corn bread mixture over butter. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until brown.
