  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. cheese, shredded

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients, except cheese.

    Place in a well-greased casserole (shallow) dish.

    Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
