"Jiffy" Peanut Clusters

- 1 pkg. chocolate or butterscotch pudding mix (not instant)
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- peanuts (salted ones may be used; other nuts may be used)
Directions

1Mix in a saucepan all ingredients.

2Cook and stir to a full boil.

3Lower heat and keep stirring while mixture boils slowly 3 minutes.

4Remove from heat.

5Stir in all at once 1 cup peanuts. Beat until candy starts to thicken.

6Drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper to form clusters.

7Using butterscotch makes delicious pralines.
