"Jiffy" Spoon Bread

  • 1 qt. milk
  • 1/3 stick margarine
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 3 eggs

Directions

    Scald milk. Beat eggs in a bowl until light and frothy. When milk is scalded, add corn muffin mix and beat. Then add eggs. Pour into casserole dish margarine which has been melted. Bake in 425° to 450° oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Leftovers are good with syrup for breakfast.
