  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 2 cup oil for fry
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

    in boil add flour , corn starch , yogurt , baking powder , oil mix will , add water make soft smooth dough .

    keep it in a warm place about 30 min .

    in a saucepan add sugar and water stir and cook about 10 to 15 min .

    put dough in an empty plastic ketchup bottle .

    add oil in a saucepan to medium high heat .

    and fry jilabi and take jilabi out of oil and put to the sugar water for a few seconds to absorb the sweetness for better taste , take jilabi out of suger water and put jilabi in a tray for serve.
