- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Simmer oysters and liquid in margarine for 3 minutes or until edges begin to curl. Scald milk in separate pan over very low heat or in double boiler. Add oysters liquid and seasonings. Serve hot; do not boil!
