  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet mini baking bits
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    In a bowl beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

    Add egg, and combine with flour and baking soda.

    Blend into a creamed mixture.

    Stir in baking bits, raisins and nuts.

    Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 13 minutes.
