  • 3 whole Medium Russet Potatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 1/8 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoons Ground Pepper

Directions

    * Scrub potatoes {don't peel}.

    * Cut lengthwise into wedges, set aside.

    * Combine all other ingredients and stir together in small bowl.

    * Brush mixture onto potato wedges.

    * Place potato wedges skin side down in shallow baking pan.

    * Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.

    * Serve as a snack, or a tasty side for dinner.
