- 3 whole Medium Russet Potatoes
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1/8 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1/8 teaspoons Paprika
- 1/8 teaspoons Ground Pepper
Directions

1* Scrub potatoes {don't peel}.

2* Cut lengthwise into wedges, set aside.

3* Combine all other ingredients and stir together in small bowl.

4* Brush mixture onto potato wedges.

5* Place potato wedges skin side down in shallow baking pan.

6* Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.

7* Serve as a snack, or a tasty side for dinner.
