  • 5 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. chopped garlic
  • 2 c. peeled plum tomatoes, cubed
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. white wine
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/8 tsp. hot red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 to 1/2 lb. rigatoni or ziti
  • 1/2 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil.
