- 2 c. peeled plum tomatoes, cubed
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. white wine
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/8 tsp. hot red pepper flakes
- 1/3 to 1/2 lb. rigatoni or ziti
- 1/2 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil.
