Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 3 whole English muffins
- 2 small cans mild chopped chilies
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 10 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook sausage; drain and set aside.

2Butter split muffins and lay buttered side down in a 9 x 12-inch casserole dish sprayed with Pam.

3Sprinkle with chilies, Swiss cheese and half of sausage.

4Combine eggs and sour cream and pour over top with remaining sausage and Cheddar cheese.

5Cover and refrigerate overnight.

6Remove from refrigerator.

7Let stand for 1/2 hour. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

8Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

9Serves 12 to 15.
